This is so wonderful! I signed up for this platform and booked a tutor. I have just had my third lesson, and already feel like I have made so much progress in just the three sessions I’ve had. I learned a little bit of Dutch on my own prior to starting lessons, and was looking for help expanding my vocabulary and improving my grammar. I really enjoy the structure of the lessons, materials, and the ability to verify my proficiency through the exam practice modules for reading, listening, and speaking. The tutor has access to the exams that you performed and can give guidance. The tutor is very engaging, using plenty of open ended questions that allow me to think and use the principles I learned, which really helps me retain the information. I was a little nervous to speak since I still struggle to put sentences together, but the teacher put me immediately at ease and has been so great with helping when I'm struggling to think of a word. I especially like that the teacher helps me find what I'm looking for without immediately giving me the answer. Can't rate highly enough, and am looking forward to continuing my Dutch learning journey!

Wauw! I have had two previous teachers of the Dutch language on another platform, and while I have appreciated their time, the teacher here is the 1st teacher whose approach to learning REALLY sticks with me. It's the first time I feel I have the fundamental tools to properly structure sentences and make use of a variety of vocabulary with their corresponding tenses, descriptives and conjugations. I've already enjoyed about 5 or 6 private lessons with the tutor, during which she will combine audio, video, reading exercises and as importantly, reciprocal SPEECH. She is extremely patient and thorough and provides guidance as to what we should be working on in between our lessons - this is very important, as I personally often feel overwhelmed without clearly defined guidance, when learning a language (I speak basic German, Spanish, and am a native English speaker.) And by the way - I can now write THAT in Dutch: 'Ik spreek natuurlijk Engels, en ik spreek ook een beetje Nederlands en een beetje Duits en Spaans!' I HIGHLY recommend this platform and its tutors to ANYONE interested in learning Dutch. I hope to continue learning from my tutor until I'm nearly fluent! She is AMAZING. Dankjewel!!

Great website!! I did the practice some of the exams on this website, then I booked the one-on-one tutor. The tutor could immediately see my exam results and help me in the areas I did not understand. The tutor was understanding and patient. Amazing learning experience.

This website has a lot of interesting teaching materials. The teacher is wonderful and very positive and reassuring. Her explanations are absolutely clear. The teacher is always ready to follow my requests. I had some basic knowledge of Dutch before we started our lessons. And after a few lessons we could speak almost only Dutch. I highly recommend this platform and its teacher.
